Over the past decade, the use of specially trained scent dogs has proven to be one of the most effective means by which to find and locate missing pets. The K9 handlers that work with us are professionally trained in various skill sets to include not only K9 handling skills but also lost animal profiling and on location case structure specific to each of the nine scenarios under which pets go missing.
- The use of a K9 team may be suggested if any of these circumstances apply:
- The missing pet went missing from a place other than his/her home
- The dog exhibits STARS behavior (Shy, Timid, Aloof, Reserved or Skittish)
- There are no leads, sightings or clues
- There are several sightings and the pet owner is unsure which are valid
- The pet is lost in a remote area
- There are immediate medical concerns
- The pet owner wants to utilize every possible avenue

Our amazing K9s are the life blood of our work. They are our partners, friends and family. These Scent Specific K9s are professionally trained to recover missing pets utilizing the quickest route to the missing subject. Our natural dog focused tracking system and recovery process has proven successful when others have failed.
Pricing: When working within the local search area defined inside the blue circle, fees are based on an onsite working rate plus mileage from the red circle.
Beyond a Local Search
Each case is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and acceptance of a case depends on our availability. Fees are based on location, mileage, lodging, casework and onsite work.
