Many times cats escape or in some way find themselves lost and alone in the great outdoors. A good percentage of the time a cat that is shy, timid, aloof, reserved or skittish, (STARS) will need to be coaxed, attracted and maybe even trapped. Below are the surveillance techniques we use.
