What do the signs look like?
The signs are one-sided and are produced in full color from the photos you provide us with.
What are the signs made of?
The signs are printed on a white paper and then laminated in 5 mil plastic.
Do you send me a proof for my signs before they are produced?
Yes, a proof will be emailed to you for your approval. As time is of the essence, if we do not receive your email approval within two hour from the time we send the sign proof email, the sign order will be sent to production using the proof. We ask that pet owners watch their email so we can meet the production deadlines.
What if I find errors on my sign proof or want changes?
You will be given the opportunity to explain your desired changes, if any, to the sign once the sign proof has been sent to you.
How do I pay? What cards do you take?
We take PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
Can I change my sign once it has been reproduced?
No, you would need to order a new sign to be designed with a new order from query. You should mention the changes you desire in the comments section of the order form.
How fast will I get my signs?
Completed signs are generally available for pick up by 7:00 PM on the day they are ordered if we receive the order by noon.
Do you deliver the signs or mail them?
We do not deliver or mail the signs, they are available locally in your area for pickup at one of our suppliers.
How do I know when my signs are ready?
You will receive an email at the email you designated on your order stating when the signs will be ready for pick-up.
Do you have resources and suppliers everywhere?
With very few exceptions, we have suppliers in most every area of the Continental United States.
We work with many suppliers including Office Depot, Office Max, Staples and others.
What if there is no supplier in my area?
You will be contacted on the phone number and email you provided to tell you where the nearest supplier is located.
What is the refund policy?
Due to our upfront costs at the time of processing, paid services are NOT refunded or CANNOT be cancelled if pet is found before or during the sign design and production process. You should not purchase signs if you do not agree with these terms.

Can I order more signs?
Yes, you can go to the Reorder tab on this web site where you can pay for additional signs made from the jpg that was previously designed for you by LostPetSigns.com.
Do you keep my lost pet sign on file?
We keep the jpgs for the signs on file for a period of 1 year.
Can I ask for changes to the sign when I reorder a sign?
No, reorder pricing is based on reproducing the original sign. Should you want changes to the original sign, a new design will be necessary. You would fill out the order form to begin a new sign design.
